Nichole Paulk is a board-certified Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner, certified through the National Certification Corporation (NCC). She is passionate about caring for women throughout every stage of life, with a particular interest in obstetrics. She is committed to building lasting relationships with her patients and their families by providing compassionate, personalized, evidence-based care.
Nichole earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Auburn University and her Master of Science in Nursing, specializing in Women’s Health, from the University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB). While completing her graduate studies, she was inducted into the Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing in recognition of her academic excellence.
Before joining Montgomery Women’s Health Associates, she served as a Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner with the Alabama Department of Public Health and First Choice Women’s Medical Center. She previously worked as a Labor and Delivery registered nurse at Baptist Medical Center East and UAB, where she developed a strong foundation in caring for women throughout pregnancy, childbirth, and the postpartum period.
Outside of work, Nichole enjoys family life with her husband, Evan, and their two sons. Their home is a friendly house divided during football season, with Auburn and Alabama loyalties represented on both sides. She also enjoys traveling, reading, and spending quality time with family and friends.
