We are not in network with Medicaid. We accept most other insurances. If you are in doubt as to whether or not your insurance will be accepted, please call your insurance provider at the number located on the back of your insurance card. 

Please bring all of your insurance cards and a photo ID to your appointment.  Unfortunately, if you do not have your insurance information with you at the time of your visit, we will have to re-schedule your appointment. For specific procedures like Pap smears or lab tests, our team will provide detailed preparation instructions when you book your visit.

Schedule your first prenatal appointment as soon as you get a positive pregnancy test, ideally between 6 to 8 weeks from the first day of your last period.

Montgomery Women’s Health Associates charges a $25 annual administrative fee to help cover services and operational expenses not reimbursed by insurance. Rather than charging separate fees for services such as medication prior authorizations, credit card processing, forms, and other administrative requests, we use this annual fee to help offset those costs. Our goal is to keep additional patient charges to a minimum while continuing to provide quality, convenient care.
